ABC news radio -- All clear, no problem after being told to "run" away. Something about a plane in restricted airspace.

Sheesh!

So true.

I've now heard twice about how the staff was seen RUNNING out of the building after being told to run away from it.

I heard about it. Lester Holt was on a cellphone on MSNBC and said it's the most urgent evacuation he's ever seen. They were telling the media to leave everything behind and go.

From FoxNews.com

CAPITOL HILL — After a brief evacuation Wednesday, people have been allowed back into the Capitol and Supreme Court in Washington.

The buildings were cleared of people after a private aircraft, 13 miles southwest of Reagan National Airport and heading eastward, had flown into the restricted airspace, said Greg Martin, a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration.

The FAA said the plane was a Kentucky State Police airplane that seats about 10 people. There was a problem with the plane's transponder, which is used to help the plane track its speed, altitude, direction and identification, according to the FAA.

The incident sent hundreds of people out of the building where the body of former President Reagan will lie in state.

Masses of people already lined up in front of the Capitol to pay last respects to Ronald Reagan were told to "run," one man waiting in line told Fox News.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Hmph, shoulda known Kentuckians would have something to do with it.

No doubt! What if the order had been given to shoot it down?

Heard on this morning's news that it was a plane transporting KY's governor. Here's more on it:
