SYNOPSIS FOR THE GULF OF MEXICO
1030 AM CDT SUN JUN 13 2004

.SYNOPSIS...BROAD ILL DEFINED LOW PRESSURE LOCATED IN THE
CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTH. IT IS
POSSIBLE A TROPICAL CYCLONE WILL DEVELOP. HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE
WILL DEVELOP ALONG 25N BEHIND THE LOW PRESSURE TUESDAY AND MOVE
NORTH TO THE NORTH GULF WED AND THURSDAY.
