I have no idea who it came from, but it bothers me that it originated at a weather related site!!!

My Norton systemworks scans all, and automatically quarantines anything that comes in "dirty"; Klez has been a consistent player ever since we got our DELL, and before.

I think this worm is replicating the address (I recognize it), but as yet I haven't gotten anything from the sender...and I'm not about to initiate contact, lest I get an instant reply that's infected ("home" service and DELL PC is on Norton; MSN/Hotmail is on McAfee, and I don't trust that software as far as I can throw the box it comes in!).

ARGHH!! this is ME!!

I post both from home (Dell) and work (Gateway). The address shown is NOT from either place.

I know nothing about how this virus works.......but am SO sorry that this has the potential to make problems! We've had some big problems at work with the computers by students inserting their own discs from home......I'll have our computer team take a look on Monday.

What else do I need to do???..............p  :grr: :grrr:

Petal Pusher thanks for letting us know!! I thought I recognized the name in the addy! I knew anyone I knew would not have done it intentionally!

You need to make sure your home computer is cleaned also. Try the site that is posted above by HoumaLa.
