WOW!! I did not know any of that Chad except the movie was based on Tim Richmond and Harry Hyde.

I believe Tim is now deceased. He died if AIDS. And I believe the name Trickle was used because of Dick Trickle.

They were both her sisters. It's been so long since I've seen it, I don't remember who was the wild one.

Get some rest, J. It's been a long day.

*gasp*...*sigh*

Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan -- what a great on-screen couple!! So, so cute together! I first fell in love to MR's acting when she was on "As The World Turns" - the first soap I ever got addicted to. When they killed off Betsy Montgomery, I thought I was gonna die!! Told a classmate of mine, "Eh...I shouldn't worry. She's good. She'll be doing movies soon." Her response -- "Yeah, right!"

Guess who got the last laugh! :D

And Tom Hanks! OMG! He's the BOMB! The man can do no wrong.

I wouldn't laugh at any of your choices, Karan. Although I must admit, I have yet to see "Pretty In Pink."

Speaking of Molly Ringwald (well, I wasn't, but she's in PIP) -- anyone out there happen to have a copy of the movie she did with Gremlins star Zack Galligan called "Surviving?" Just checking...haven't seen it in ages and can't find it on VHS or re-run on cable.

GD, I remember Betsy!!! I'm glad now that they killed her off. She might not have made movies.

I forgot one of the other movies that I love to watch over and over again - Shawshank Redemption

-Muriel's Wedding...it's been on HBO alot lately
-Stealing Home
-Grease.....I saw this movie 10 times in the movie theatre the summer of 1978 when I was 9 years old!! And many many more times over the next 26 years.
-The Mexican and Spy game....my favorite Brad Pitt Movies
-Pretty in Pink
-The Legend of Billie Jean and Xanadu would be on my list too.....even though I haven't seen either of these movies in a long long time.
-Grosse Pointe Blank and The Sure Thing....my favorite John Cusak movies
