My favorite is red beans
I cook my means with both smoked sausage and pickle meat!

BBQ Baked beans...cooked with ground beef, onions, brown sugar and some cayenne for a kick...yum!

I also like Black Beans and rice, with a dab of sour cream on top...

Campbell's Pork n Beans and/or Bush's Baked Beans...and Jay's dog ain't tellin'...their family secret that is...Hehe. :) :wink:

Since moving to NC I've fallen in love w/ black-eyed peas! :D What a turn-around since I was a kid when the sight...let alone the smell of 'em made me queasy! :eek:

It's summer and I love Baked beans.

In the winter I make Ham and Bean soup with great northern or lima beans.
