wx247 - I joined Storm 2K because I love weather and watching hurricanes. I have a very liberal viewpoint, but I know that my opinions in the area of politics, current state of affairs, our president, the war in Iraq, Clinton, abortion, gay marriage, etc. would not be welcome here. I would probably get banned from the website if I said half of what I would like in response to some of these posts. I never knew weather buffs could be such conservative republicans and so many of them too! What an eye opener. I'll just stick to the weather and stay on good terms. :kerry:

Stick to what you like, but if you have something to say in response, just keep it polite and you should be fine. It is easy to feel overruled here, with the overwhelming conservative bias, but your views are welcome, but they will be dismantled, and any strong reactions may be viewed much more harshly by conservatives, than by your own thinking, therefore making you more vulnerable to sanctions associated with the board. But, I think you can still express your views without much harm. You might just feel a little neutered.

Bill, the only things that I have ever neutered in my life are my cats and my dog. Now when it comes to dogs hmmmm I mean, Kerry, I don't think he needs to be neutered cause he has no balls to begin with.

kittcat, come on in, the water's fine. We'd enjoy your company. Stick around. We may even convert you!!!!!!

That does it! The war is on John. :P Hi there btw. :)

But on a more serious note EVERYONE is intitled to thier opinions and are welcomed here. As long as everyone can debate the issues without personal (member to member) name calling everything will be fine. I for one love a great debate.

You are truly a smart individual. I just feel all the time bickering between parties could be better spent on those they serve. Another thing I can't stand is the grouping and labeling. I have many different views on several different issues. Some conservative and some Liberal. I am independent and proud of it. I think all politicians are Liars at one point or another in their career and thats why I could never be one!!

I very much disagree. I believe that Edwards puts states such as Louisiana, Arkansas, and maybe even Missouri and Tennessee in play.

I don't know I am treading water here, on which loon to support. I initially gave my support to the arctic loon, but we shall see.

Sheesh...Heaven HELP North Carolina! You have the Libs backing their native son Edwards and his pal Kerry vs. the Conservatives going for
Bush and his running mate (whoever that will be!)
