It definately SHOULD be watched for any possible signs of developing...

At this moment, according to the NHC/TPC the area is mainly attach with an old trough of low pressure. So, the area first should develop a destinctive circulation and then leave its origins to become something more tropical. Let see what happens!

Yep it is associated with the trough our over the Atlantic that the convection to its' NE is also associated with. ATTM neither area of convection is wrapping itself around any kind of CC that I can detect. The one further East still has a chance, but as it moves further and further NE, that chance is becoming slimmer.
