Calendar reminders being sent to pagers

Anybody know if it's possible to get reminders sent from your Outlook calendar to an alphanumeric pager? I know it's possible with Yahoo, but here at work, we have Outlook mail and meetings set up on the calendar.

I've looked but can't figure it out if it's possible.
