TD 2-E formed the 2nd of July, and lasted until the 3rd. June was completely storm-less, something unseen since 1969.

Gracias por corregir el error en fecha.
Thanks for correcting the date.
Imagine if july goes without tropical storm Blas forming.I imagine that many anaylisis will come to see why the EPAC has been in 2004 so inactive.

Eh, it's a big monsoon trough-type thing. It's not how things usually form in the Atlantic, but in a lot of ways the Atlantic is an "oddball" basin; Many storms form from giant elongated rotating lows with convection on the edges in the West Pac, and it's how most storms form near Australia.

According to Dr. Steve Lions in the Eastern Pacific they have always had at least one named tropical system. But at this moment 90E. looks very bad organized although conditions doesn't look unfavorable for development.

EPAC TWO:
THIS SYSTEM HAS BECOME A LITTLE
BETTER ORGANIZED DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS.
I don't know you but I see that this system has not changed very much in organization since yesterday, the convection is ill-organized and the system continues to be extremely broad. But after all they know more than me!
