And, notice the cooler than normal SST in the NW Carb and CV region. May have a poor CV season if this continues.....MGC

Yes rainstorm, conditions across most of the Atlantic are now favorable---Here is another map that shows this--remember-26C=79F...basically the entire atlantic basin that we are concerned with for development is now ripe-other than the E Atl N of 15N (which are usually fish anyway)-just got to get the other factors in sync ;)...
