Good evenin' y'all! The cold is dwindlin' down, still a nuisance, but not so much that I can't raise my head from my pillows anymore! Took my vehicle-less cousin back to Muskie, and on the way home saw my first strike of lightning for the year! YAY! Now I still here a rumble or two of thunder outside my window...ahhhh, life is good! Well, off to see what's happenin in this place tonight, have a good un and a great Tuesday!

LOL MF. Glad to hear that you are feeling better Jacki. I am predicting 3000 from me by the end of tomorrow night barring any unforseen obstructions.

Bring on the tropical stuff! Here in the Tampa Bay area we are the lightening capital of the world so it's kind of ho-hum on the thunderstorms. We don't have the tornado threat as much as you mid-westerners :-)

Tornadoes :o Did someone say tornadoes? :o LOL...I know what Jacki and Shannon are feeling. I also am looking forward to the tropical season, although I admit I don't know as much in that discipline, but am excited about learning this summer.

Night everyone!

The tropical season doesn't excite me much, probably because I have never experienced the rush! You Floridians will have to tell me how it is!

Well, maybe some of us Texans will be able to also. I hope to chase any nearby TC's this year and will report "from the eye" if I do get to chase. That "rush" is somewhat tempered by the aftermath when it is a major storm! I guess the same can be said about tornados. Being as close as I have to some of them has been both a "rush" and one time damn near pants filling!!! :o :o :o

Night all!

Its still 48* here in Green Bay at 12:35am.

On a sad note, UWGB lady phoenix lost to LSU 80-69. Unfortunately, we didn't get see a good portion of the game due to the Minnesota/Stanford game, but from what I understand, and from the highlights that I saw, UWGB wouldn't back down. We are still proud of our ladies and what they have accomplished throughout this season. They had a 28-4 record!

Good Morning Storm2k'ers - Its Tuesday March 25th - where has the month gone. Can't believe that April is going to be here. The air is very humid around here in Houston - we have a 40% chance of rain today and the on Friday a greater chance of severe weather. Lets hope is misses us all and goes North. Troops 30 miles from Baghdad now according to news reports. Another day of montioring the news. God Bless the Brave souls of the 27 soliders who have given their lives for this great country of ours.

Sorry to hear about the Lady Phoenix, but it sounds like the put up a tough game against the super LSU team. March has flown by and April is right upon us. I can't believe it either.

It is a cool morning here with a few scattered showers around the area, even a severe cell over in Wright Couty.

Everyone have a great day and I hope to hit 3000 today!

Ciao,
Garrett

Well folks, it's time to let the fire in the Pot Belly burn down and move to the front porch. It was a great winter for most of us, out west, we're still in a severe drought but that's a whole lot better than the EXTREME to EXCEPTIONAL conditions we had. See ya on the front porch!
