Tropical Storm formation not expected through July?
Things are oh so quite. I don't see anything down the road any time soon. Hopefully something will pop up and surprise me. Two weeks left and no land in sight, marooned in a hurricane void Atlantic basin.....MGC

I do ... displaced upper ridging over the South Central States, with a longwave trough over the Eastern U.S. The severe weather (and might I say some very severe weather diving SE into GA from TN the last couple of days ala ridge riding.) ...
Some relief tomorrow for the Southeast from the intense heat, but for the South Central States ... well, the region will continue to swelter.
