after waning last night, more convection has fired this morning, but shear from sw is prominent over northern part of convection.
looks like conditions in the western caribbean are a little better for development, as the central and eastern caribbean very seldom produce and development. So, until it gets between Jamaica and the Caymans probably will maintain itself or do what it did yesterday, wane and then flare up.
eastern caribbean tw still there but...
