i would like to once again point out that it is entirely possible that sadaams talk about using chemical weapons could be just that, talk/rhetoric.

he could hope that if he just threatens to use WMD it would force a withdrawl.

Of course, this isn't unusual, I know when the ship I was on, USS AMERICA CV-66, when we came back from our Med. cruise in 1978, the ship went into drydock and they off loaded all the weapons from the holds and let me tell ya, when they brought the nukes up to be off loaded, I couldn't believe my eyes as to how many we had aboard ship and talk about TIGHT security! I know most of the carriers have a MASSIVE stock of nukes onboard, it's just kind chillin' knowin' that they are making it public!
