New invest 92E for EPAC

This one is more close to the Mexican coast and it has ideal conditions to form into a TD and later tropical storm Celia so let's watch it.

I thought the 110W 15N system was gonna pop first..but the ole convection was justa pulsing up and now down.. :oops:

This invest does look promising as it has lotsa of time with favorable conditions.. 8-)

530 AM PDT SUN JUL 18 2004

THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY WITH THE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER SOUTH OF
THE GULF OF TEHUANTEPEC HAS SHIFTED NORTHWARD TOWARD THE MEXICAN
COASTLINE NEAR PUERTO ANGEL OVER THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS. ALTHOUGH
THE SHOWER ACTIVITY REMAINS POORLY ORGANIZED...HEAVY RAINS
ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM ARE BEGINNING TO AFFECT COASTAL AREAS.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE DAY
TODAY...AND COULD PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS IN AREAS OF
MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN.
