Shear seems to be on the increase in that area. SAL (sorry to mention it again LOL) is also pretty strong:

Oh wow! That thing looks great. If that was further out in the ocean, it would already be a Tropical Storm! We'll see....

It looks as if it has a nice little envelope, at least for now. At least it's something to look at.
