A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE IS LOCATED OVER THE CENTRAL CARIBBEAN
ALONG 73W/74W S OF 20N MOVING W 20 KT. THE WAVE HAD BEEN
SUFFERING FROM APPARENT WLY SHEAR WITH AN IMPRESSIVE MID-LEVEL
CIRCULATION NEAR 16N72W BUT THE LOW-LEVEL CIRCULATION AT LEAST
100 NM TO THE W. HOWEVER THE SHEAR DOES APPEAR TO BE LESSENING
TONIGHT WITH CIRRUS CLOUDS FANNING TO THE W RATHER QUICKLY WITH
SLOW DEVELOPMENT POSSIBLE. HEAVY RAINFALL IS SPREADING OVER
HISPANIOLA LIKELY CONTINUING THROUGH THU AS THE SYSTEM MOVES TO
THE WNW. RAINFALL TOTALS BETWEEN 2-3 INCHES...ESTIMATED BY
SATELLITE...ARE POSSIBLE ALONG THE PATH OF THE SYSTEM...BUT
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF
HISPANIOLA. ISOLATED MODERATE FROM 15N-19N BETWEEN 69W-75W.
The wording looks interesting to say the least.
