FINALLY.....after 2 WEEKS of trying to make reservations at our favorite resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico...I JUST made them. 8-) It's not until October 9th, my birthday, but non the less, I'm JAZZED! It's our 7th Annual sojourn to Northern New Mexico, Taos, Santa Fe, the Albq Balloon Festival 8-) No rooms were avaibable UNTIL today, someone musta cancelled :wink: HURRY up October, DADDY "NEEDS" a vacation BADLY "LOL!"

Sounds wonderful! I hope you have a great time. Do you ride the ballons or do you watch? They are facinating, but I don't think I would like riding in one.

THANKS! Like I said, it's MORE than 2 months away but still, there's that *little light at the end of the tunnel* now, something to shoot for, something to work towards.

Windsong, you'd NEVER catch me in a balloon :eek: I can hardly climb a 6 foot ladder let alone go up in one of those things "LOL!" Naaaa....we just go for the show and the trip to Taos, Santa Fe :wink:
