Why hasn't Berger been arrested??????
The slimeball has admitted to removing documents from the National Archives on five separate occasions, but maintains that it was "inadvertent."
What???????? He's a liar just like his boss folks and the Justice Dept. should have this man behind bars, and then go after the man he was working for, who we all know is Kerry! These are felonies. Five of them!
Imagine a man of his experiance and supposed intelligence claiming "this was the action of an absent minded employee".
Let's not forget that Berger is the second Clinton official to face prosecution for withdrawing classified materials from secure premises. Former CIA director John Deutsch was pardoned (of course) by President Clinton in the final hours of his second term and spared from suffering any punishment for having taken laptops with classified materials to his home in 1996.
The real kicker to all this??? We now have Democrats screaming that the release of this is politically motivated! God almighty....can't they ever just take responsibility for their actions?

Ok, I will admit I read it wrong. It says that the FBI, not John Ashcroft, "FBI did not consider the incident to be a major threat to national security." Also, But a government official who asked not to be identified because of the political sensitivity of the matter said that FBI agents did not regard the Berger inquiry as ''a front-burner-type of investigation."
Please excuse me, I did not mean to make it seem Ashcroft said that... sorry. I will continue to look though.

Then there is the serious security violation reported from the Los Alamos weapons lab where two portable drives contraining classified information are missing. This is at least the third major security incident that has occurred at that facility. I am surprised that this incident hasn't received more coverage.
