...to E-pac depressions that are as good as dead. Look at Celia, she's pretty much just a remnant low. But can the NHC get rid of her? Nooooo! They LOVE their E-pac depressions too much to pull the plug. This has happened TONS in the last couple of years in the E-pac. But has it happened in the Atlantic, you ask? Very little. I think someone's got some E-pac bias :( (or maybe they're trying to wait so the bored people at the CPHC will have a chance at something :lol:)
