Dennis - I do the majority of cooking around here - probably 95% of the time. In spurts, my husband has decided to cook once a week. But it doesn't last long! Nice while it lasts and he is a good cook, but Jim has to choose some fancy recipe, running out for all the ingredients. Last year it was chicken and rice with artichokes. Bananas Foster for dessert (pan was saved, I had the fire extinguisher handy just in case). See what I mean? The chicken dish isn't that fancy but it sure isn't what I like to make - simple broiled chicken/fish, rice or potatoes, fresh vegetables, bread/rolls. I guess I like to cook comfort type foods. Jim goes in for the fancy, eat in the Dining Room, type menu's. LOL
I think it's great you like to cook and actually do it!

The only 'sushi' I'll eat on occasion when I'm in the mood...a can of sardines in oil w/ a side of crackers.
