For Lindaloo:

Hi John, Your Age is 61

Your Maximum Heart Rate is:159 (in case you want to make note of this) John,

Your Exercising Heart Rate Zone is between 103.35 and 135.15

When fat burning, as your fitness increases, you will want to work towards getting your heart rate further towards 135.15

If you are unfit and just starting out with a new exericise program just try and keep between the 103.35 and 135.15.

http://www.virtualfitnesstrainer.com/co ... e_Zone.htm

He'll be 61 in December.

Okay, then tell him to stay off the snowboard and no more windsailing. With all his riches seems like someone would tell Kerry no exercise because he is too old.

Actually, I commend him for making sure he stays in shape. His age of 61 is not old by any stretch of the imagination.

OOPS! That's who I meant. I saw 61 first and assumed it was for GW. He's 58? Shoot, Marty's 52 and is AHEM, very fit. Karate 4 times a week and the gym the rest of the week.

:roflmao: :hehe:

It's never Kerry's fault. He always blames everything wrong on someone else.

FWIW... Bush's health is VERY good. He's in the top 1% in his age group as far as how athletic he is. He could run a mile in about 6 1/2 minutes up until a few months ago when he had to give it up because of knee problems.

If you want to talk about bad health, we'll talk about Cheney.

OK, instead of an election, lets settle this with an athletic competition.

If, by "athletic coimpetition" you would include barrel-riding, branding and bronc-busting, I'm all for it!

Atleast Bushes was more reasonable at 3 grand.

It's not how much the bike costs, it's how good the rider is. Most serious riders hate the "weekend warriors" who spend big bucks on a bike and then can't ride well. Sounds like Bush gets around pretty well though. I have no information on Kerry, but I'd like to ride next to him and see what he's made of. If he can outsprint me, I'll vote for him.
