From 8:05 AM TWD Discussion, Comments Welcome:

TROPICAL WAVE WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS ALONG 28W/29W S OF 22N MOVING W 15 KT. EARLY VISIBLE SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES THAT SURFACE CIRCULATION IS POSSIBLE NEAR 22N29W. CONVECTION ASSOCIATED IS FOUND IN A BAND OF SHOWERS 45 NM WIDE ALONG LINE
26N22W TO 26N27W. NOTABLE FOR NOT BEING NEAR THE POSSIBLE CENTER AND FOR MOVING NORTH OR AWAY FROM THE POSSIBLE CENTER.

Nothing with that wave that will develop but what it is doing is to leave moist air behind for the next waves that will emerge west africa in comming days and then those will have more potential down the road.
