Hit by Friendly Fire

A U.S. Marine command post in central Iraq was hit by 'friendly fire' Thursday, with 37 troops reported wounded, according to an AFP report.

With the technology our military possesses these are inexcusable mistakes. Someone in the line of authority or INTEL reports are f***ing up reaaaaaallll bad.

These things are going to happen as long as humans are running the technology. It's truly unfortunate but true.

yeh but its human error that accounted for it...as mf said. Unless you want machines to do all the fighting for us this is a part of war.

You go into war understanding that there is risk and unfortunately some will lose their lives. It is tragic, but we shouldn't blame intell. or authority for this.
