the shearing..

Havn't seen to many other posts about what seems to be one of the biggests problems for both systems and that is the shearing. The system in the bahamas has the upper low to the se of the llc causing some unfavorable winds aloft. Is that going to change enough to allow the system to develope?
The system in the gulf in addition to having some dry air being introduced over it is also continuing to have northerly shear on top and it looks like that upper wind pattern continues throughout most of the gulf. When do you think that may change?
