What does everyone think of the circulation near 24.1°N 72.9°W... about 285 miles east
of Nassau, Bahamas, which is also about 475 miles east-southeast of Miami, Florida?

I'd give the Iraqi insurgents a better chance of defeating us than that circulation of developing

It's an upper level low...matter of facr...the main one.
