Will it have an EPAC name since it started there? Will it change when it crosses into the CPAC?

If it reaches TS strength E of 140°W, it will be Estelle. (The more likely solution.) If it reaches TS status W of 140°W, it will be Ioke.

It's not looking too good. It's ok, but still really disorganized. You never know with EPAC systems, though. Look at Darby on NRL. It looks like its making a comeback.
