Correct. I hope we will have TD#2 later today, but we will see.
I hope that Bonnie (if that is what happens) moves North of the Carribean and goes near the Bahamas... lol.
Cosgrove (for what its worth, I know its not) says East Coast could be a visiting place for Bonnie in future after August 8.

good luck in PR
It's still too early to say for sure, but the longer-term pattern setting up (Deep east coast trough) appears as if it will protect the US mainland from a hit from 91. But you folks in PR may not be so lucky. Keep a close eye on this one in case it does turn into a TS or possible cane. This thing could be in your general area in a couple of days.

Wow...the fact that they are considering tasking the Gulfstream is not small potatoes. Those flights are not cheap and they usually don't mess around with those missions.
The TPC must be a little concerned with this system.

I agree Mike very interesting that they will fly it.They might to want to see what upper flow is there in the area ahead of the system to then make the guidance forecasts.

I think that if the system looks like it is right now they may wait for recon in 2 days but let's see if it organizes more as it is surrounded by dry air.
