What are you talking about?
Would you like me to go back and bring up the threads where the moderators asked us to keep threads about the same topic in one thread and not start 20 different ones?
I have dispatched messages to the Moderators of this board asking them to review this thread and hopefully the proper actions will be taken. C5camille and you alxfamlaw have taken it to what i would consider a "flaming" level
Especialyl with these quotes:
alxfamlaw:
"Storm, your motion denied. Go back to your cubbyhouse! Leave these people alone."
c5camille:
"i vote that we make stormchaser the dictator....
we would need his permission before making
any posts..."

And yours too alx
I think you guys take me the wrong way, my tone of posting is different then others, but you guys cannot seem to respect that and you think resorting to flaming will solve the problem... so hopefully the proper action will be taken

Yes, I made a thread about the vortex messages and recon ob's. I suggested that they all be put in one thread.
alxfamlaw, everyone here has a right to post their opinions without being attacked. I do not think stormchaser means any harm in his posts.
Let's all get along. We are all here for the same reason. Have fun!!

Thank you Lindaloo, exactly, im not asking anyone to not express their opinions, im just saying, ten different posts asking where TD2 is going, can get overbearing, when we can all discuss the same thoughts in one thread ok guys? Its just a simple request, and i really do not appreciate being referred to as a "dictator" by someone who has just joined this board. Storm2k prides itself on a non flaming board and i really dont appreciate seeing a few people attacking me

Be nice all here and let's focus on the systems in the tropics.

Not a smart thing to do
The EC is by far, the strongest medium range model there is ... although, it doesn't see some developing tropical systems (however, the ones it usually does see, it usually does well with) ... The ECMWF speciality by far is pattern recognition and I rely heavily on this model for MR for those reasons.
Since the EC really doesn't catch onto TD #2 very well at this time...hypotheses are as followed ...
1) Stormchaser's dead on with the trough taking #2 (or Bonnie at that time) on a recurvature out to sea.
Or ...
The system slows down enough to allow the trough to bypass, thus turning #2 back more on a westerly course...
Right now, I choose to wait (since I'm at work on lunch - time restrictions) before I post some more detailed thoughts about #2....
Also right now, I'm still in awe of Alex's sudden surgance into CAT 2 status ...

EXCUSE ME, but I think that's enough.
Stormchaser is right that we did have a discussion about duplicate posts yesterday. It is WONDERFUL to see so many people posting but it's going to get to a point where everyone will be posting a thread and we'll end up losing those new posts quickly to the next page. Someone may have already brought up a subject and answered a question.
It's more of a way to keep the board clean, but by all means post away and please respect each other's opinions.

Well, I like scenario 1 better right now, also ... TD #2 would have to slow quite dramatically at some point as NOT to be caught up in the trough .. i mean, on Day 5, that's quite a cutoff low over Eastern Canada, especially for this time of year ...
