Next tuesday the 10th NOAA will put out their august outlook.The question is if they are going to downgrade the numbers from 12-15 named storms,6-8 hurricanes and between 2-4 major hurricanes those numbers from the may 17th outlook.
I think that they will follow Dr Gray and downgrade by one meaning 11-14,5-7 and 1-3.
Will NOAA do the same as Dr Gray did downgrading numbers?
