TC - I'd say that's great if the opportunity presents itself. Go for it! What part of TX are you looking to relocate to?
We were just in your neck of the woods this past weekend tc, at Kentucky Lake for our annual reunion. I always think of you when I need to refer to maps and see Hopkinsville.

Paul Harvey once said....if you think the world is so crowded, try this fact.
If we gave every man, woman, and child in the entire world a 1200 square foot home of their own (not as a family, but individually), every last living person could fit their home in the state of Texas with plenty of room for future generations.
With all that space available TC, I suspect there is 1200 sf of living space for you somewhere in that great state.
Good luck with/if you move. Hope a bright future is something you can find there.
