Java problems

For the past few days, I've been trying to figure out why my computer here at work won't play the GOES loops. Any ideas?

not familiar with xp pro i had the same problem on regular xp and went to the microsoft site for the latest updates and it fixed the problem.

Or you can do it from microsoft if you want an easier fix but does not always work
