So much for a slow season. It was all a matter of waiting for the right time. The right time for me, of course, is usually right in the middle of August as we get ready for our Caribbean vacation. You'd think we'd know better by now since it's the beginning of the height of the season but every year we have to worry about SW FL
and St. Maarten. Guess we like living on the edge!
Well, this will be the last time I'm away from the board for two days!!!! Last I heard it was relatively quiet and I was happily going about my business getting ready for a two week getaway and boom. There's Bonnie sitting out in the Gulf and TD3 is on its way.
Happy hurricane season, everyone. The show has begun!
