I dont know if it is an error that NRL does many times but there is a pic showing invest in the central tropical atlantic where there is a weak tropical wave around 40w.It says 93L and that number was for what is now Charley so I am a bit confused if this is 94L invest or it is the old one from days ago.Hurricanemike clarify this please.

I think that's an error on their part. There's nothing there to catch our eyes at this time.
Where they should be looking for possible invest classification is off the E. Coast of Florida, where we do have a non-tropical low pressure system that could become subtropical with time.
In fact, there are indications that this system is already starting to acquire some tropical characteristics. Don't be surprised to see a Subtropical T-Number with this system sometime today.

Maybe a new invest for the area east of Florida but yes it is an error what is there now.
