Seriously tho' Badon, it's a somewhat of a taboo subject on this board to discuss Bastardi's daily discussions due to the copyright restrictions and the fact that Joe B and Storm2k, Barometer Bob et al. enjoy an amiable relationship. Wouldn't want to jeopardize it.
BTW, if you don't want the AccuWeather Pro access all year long , you can subscribe just for the months of hurricane season then drop it after things cool down. That's generally what I do.

True. But I don't like to rock other peoples boats, regardless of their opinion. Makes for raunchy karma. Guess it's the southern diplomat in me too.Steve wrote:See the "Crazy" thread. You can't copy and paste what he says. But it's more taboo because some people have serious issues with him (founded and unfounded).

A certain groundhog from the commonwealth of PA woke up this morning, checked the sky, and foresaw a rapidly developing small hurricane, perhap only the size of one to two cats
thursday morning between Dolphin Island Alabama and Apple-achacola...

"That bass turd, he", said I. "AACK, you weather" garbled one of the two cats. I believe Bill was his name.

Yeah, after review I'd say the main point to take from his discussion on Bonnie is that we've got a shot for another storm intensifying at landfall (ala Claudette and Alex). This could mean a slightly stronger storm than some may be anticipating. Check out the high resolution SST's
