Recon has found that Charley does have a weak center. 999mb pressure, though winds are barely TS force

i think its the nhc's way of slowly dissipating chuck, rather than at 1 time. who knows, if the tropical conveyor belt slows down maybe it could regenerate like bonnie

I also have to say, Bonnie is NOT regenerating right now, it is exposed. I think Charley will simply take more time than we originally thought to intensify, but I think it has a decent chance of becoming a hurricane still.

I blew it and if recon finds even stronger winds on the east side, well, I may have been too conservative here

Honestly, I don't see how there can't be stronger winds on the east side. 42 kts and 999 mb pressure doesn't match.
