I hope the models are wrong

#1 Postby Hurricane Chaser092580 » Tue Aug 10, 2004 8:42 pm

I hope for everyone in floridas sake the models are wrong because in the last hour and a half this system has really blown up... if this system continues to strengthen i hear by early sunday morning a cat 3 hurricane may be sitting of the west central florida coast ready to make landfall. Guess all of us in Florida will have to wait and see.

Models are almost worthless after 48 hours. But yeah Florida does look like the the best guess on landfall.

If Charley is already starting to head on a NW track, could it be almost an E. Florida problem rather than W. Florida? Just wondering?
