has it ever happened? either history in the making, or one of these will miss florida.

camille was forecast further east and it went into mississippi. hard to think 2 separte named storms will hit so close together in the same state less than 2 days apart

Honey........Camille was alive and kicking during the Pre-Historic Era. What's today's date, honey? Do you think we've made at least a "slight" improvement since then?

LOL, but that's very true, forecasts are much more accurate now.

In the 1860's three storms hit within 60 nautical miles of each other up along the middle Gulf Coast region.This happen if I remember correctly in 3 weeks maybe 4.
