Mutant Tad pole

#1 Postby Amanzi » Fri Mar 28, 2003 2:28 pm

I just had to take a picture of this tad pole... it is the biggest thing i have ever seen in my life. There are a few of them in a pond in my yard. Sorry the pic is not very clear... i was scared it would jump out and eat me. If you look real close you can see the legs coming out the side. How much noise is this frog going to make?

Bronwyn, I really couldn't see what's mutant about it. Are both legs coming out of one side? Maybe it's part flounder. I don't think it will bite.

LOL

No the thicker part is the tail. and in the pic you can kind of see one leg. I asked my land lady what they were, she told me they are tadpoles from Bull frogs. I know they wont bite... its just UUUUUUgly!
