ULL in the nw Caribbean
is that a ULL in NW Caribbean?? If that is will it have any affect on the movement of Charley

Not on the movement..because it is moving in tandem with him. The intensity will be enhanced because it will serve to vent the storm...but should stay far enough away to keep from shearing it.
