I might chase Bonnie.

I might chase Bonnie.

I've got Thursday and Friday off from work and am considering chasing Bonnie. I've chased hurricanes years ago so I am familiar with the risks. Depending on how far east on the panhandle she hits will be the determining factor. I'll drive to Destin but not much futher. Anyone else chasing?......MGC

Depending on the track of Bonnie, I may need to chase charlie myself, Im located in Columbia, SC but all my family is in Daytona beach. I wont be able to get down there in time if Bonnie gets much stronger, and god knows I dont want to add to the mess of evacuations and going the opposite direction to boot.

You should have some good surf over there, especially if Bonnie stays Destin Eastward with her center. You could get some 10ft. swells held up well by a strong 30-40mph offshore wind Camille!

Wish I could join ya, but this one will be too close for comfort!

Hopefully...for your sake they've moved out of the area....EVERYBODY was getting stung while I was there...never seen the jellies like that so close to the beach...
Some of them were nearly 5 ft. long
