I love chicken...all chicken--from a bucket of KFC original recipe and fixins at the lake to Chick-Fil-A and slaw in the mall, I love it all :D

Of course, nothing on earth beats the skillet fried chicken my mom used to make (add a few of her "melt in your mouth" home made biscuits with "Momma's potato salad" and I was in heaven...although my Granny's fried chicken and biscuits are awfully close :)

I am all about white meat for chicken and turkey, although dark meat is okay too.

Chicken/turkey i like the white, but i've been caught with the dark stuff from time to time. Nothing like a Peking duck for a treat! or Turduckin. :D Oh, had stir fry chicken for dinner, in my Wok.
