Tropical weather outlook has something new

#1 Postby cycloneye » Thu Aug 12, 2004 10:33 am

CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH A WESTWARD MOVING TROPICAL
WAVE ARE CENTERED ABOUT 1500 MILES EAST OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS.
DEVELOPMENT...IF ANY...WILL BE SLOW TO OCCUR.

This is the first wave of 2 which are good candidates for development.I am leaning with the wave just off africa and not mentioned here to develop.
