The eye is elongating (no longer circular) and tilted SW-NE ... not a good sign for a developing storm (although, some good news for leveling off the strength and keeping that in check) ...
Furthermore, the eyewall is open W quadrant which also indicates that it's losing some steam and some weakening probably occurred (although, it just may be temporary)

Oh, I know what it means, I just don't know how to identify it based on all the data. Thanks for the link though. =) You'll also notice in one of the first lines on that link folks, these things only happen only with very intense hurricanes. This ain't one, till someone professional says then
