Charley fools NHC and all Models...Turns Northeast sooner than expected after leaving Cuba. SE Florida had only 8 Hours to Prepare......................THIS WOULD BE SO SAD....PUT UP SOME TYPE OF WARNINGS!!!!! :grr:
