Here is a discussion about this band:
.NOW...
THROUGH 1230 AM...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE FLORIDA KEYS WILL MOVE NORTH AROUND 30 MPH AND MOVE INTO THE METRO AREAS OF MIAMI-DADE...WESTERN MIAMI-DADE...AND MAINLAND MONROE COUNTIES. THIS LINE OF STORMS WILL FIRST AFFECT FLORIDA CITY...HOMESTEAD...AND WILDERNESS WATERWAY AREA BETWEEN 11:30 PM AND MIDNIGHT...AND THEN MOVE INTO REST OF METRO MIAMI-DADE...WESTERN BROWARD...AND MONROE
COUNTIES BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 1230 AM.

WIND GUSTS EXCESS OF 40 MPH...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ACCOMPANY THESE THUNDERSTORMS AS THEY MOVE THROUGH. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR HEAR THUNDER MOVE INTO INSIDE UNTIL THE STORMS HAVE PASS.
