Seriously though, I have had it on for a while too. It's why I haven't been at the Tropical Round Table for a while now.

They just announced that will have to evacuate the studio but they will broadcast from a remote location. :)

I wondered about that, as the station is located ON the bay next to one of 3 bridges (the causways go under easily)

They will be live at the Pinnelas County EOC throughout this storm. They really have been on top of this storm!!

That means it's unlikely that they will go off the air because of the hurricane. Most EOC's have upgraded to emergency generator backup power systems (or are in the process of doing so now), and for a large coastal city not to have that for their EOC would be unusual.

Did you see that woman they interviewed in that shelter a few minutes ago?? The one with the three kids???
