News/Jim Leher

#1 Postby cybercyclone » Fri Aug 13, 2004 6:21 pm

In case anyone was curious, Bastardi was on the News Hour with Jim Leher. Not really saying much that those of here don't already know, just emphasising thst Charley will likely exit Florida coast and make a second landfall as A Cat 1 or 2 in the Carolinas. Hed did say that the most recent storm to compare the effect that Charley will have in the Midatlantic would be Floyd, though not that much rain. And he specificaly mentioned that the effect in the beforementioned areas woul be nothing like Isabell.
