AP: Charley death toll rises to 16 in Florida

Just reported on MSNBC. 3 dead in Cuba, 1 in Jamaica for a total of 20. :(

I am afraid it will be higher for FL. I hope not though. 1 death is too many.
I heard on the news that a hospital sheltering expectant moms had suffered major damage. Did the moms to be fare OK or does anyone know?

I heard that 3 area hospitals suffered severe damage..
