The small-pox vaccine of old is the one which left a scar. Usually it was given on the shoulder. A lot of girls were given it on the hip so it wouldn't show when they had a bathing suit on. I would take the shot again if it was deemed necessary my medical personnel.

i'm even more scared of this thing! now people are getting heart attacks and heart problems b/c of this vaccine. Just cuz bush says it doesn't mean we do it...this ain't no dictatorship loL!

I recieved the smallpox vaccine before entering the first grade back in 1968....but am now kinda in Dennis's boat. I'm 41, overweight and have high blood pressure (plus a family history of heart disease).

If push came to shove (a smallpox outbreak in the US), I'd go ahead and get the vaccine again. I'm a firm believer I won't leave this world until God's appointed time...so if the vaccine kills me...it's his will--and my destiny.
